    Regular in house training and update programs with capitalized resources for all models and faculty drawn from functional heads & specialists combine to provide our engineers with the skills required to offer total support. Same pool of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) provide Corporate training to select clients and any newly completed project customers teams.

  • SPARES INVENTORY:

    To facilitate the turnaround of all reported problems JOULE maintains a spares inventory worth several lakhs, spread over 2 stock carrying locations to reduce time to service customers. Above 88% requirements are met by this inventory, upfront.

  • TECHNICAL REPAIR CENTRE(TRC):

    To further augment the spares inventory, an in-house TRC operates with the best of equipment and skills. This state of the art repair facility is able to turn around, spare parts in less than 48 hours time. This gives us a unique self-sufficiency and ability to offer specialized services to other vendors also.
