The company has worked in coordination with our principals, clients and clients’ team or 3rd party associates to achieve the Project goals, objective, time and cost parameters successfully. The team and KJoule have built a great networking in the market to handle assignments with ease. Company follows Water fall and Agile methodology for end-to-end Program Management using the latest PM software and tools viz. Primavera, MS Project and 3DsMax. The Project teams are handpicked to suit every project requirement fulfilling every phase of the project namely:

  • Project Integration Management:

Developing the Project Charter, prepare Project plan, Direct and manage project execution ensure change management and formally close all project phases.

  • Project Scope Management:

Delivering the agreed project outcomes, Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations stated and unstated, liaise with the business units for project inputs and regularly report to the project teams and stake holders, contract management, scope change management and ensure acceptance of project deliverable by stakeholder/customer/sponsors.

  • Project Time Management:

Achieving customer deadlines, using formal process to schedule all activities, control performance to fulfill deliverables according to the agreed schedule.

  • Project Cost Management:

Plan, allocate and manage budgets, anticipating and give forewarning of any deviations from budget, control the budget within the limits of the project tolerances approved by the project sponsor and seek approvals for any anticipated expenditure above the budget.

  • Project Quality Management:

Establish and plan quality requirements with customer and ensure compliance, employ effective corrective action techniques where required. Use project health checks, reviews, audits and customer satisfaction survey as a way of objectively monitoring project performance and quality.

  • Project Human Resources Management:

Actively promote team effectiveness, morale, motivation and productivity, ensure team engagement to meet the objectives. Support competence development of team and of other staff, manage the interface with customer/stake holders and provide feedback to line managers of team member performance.

  • Project Communications Management:

Implement a project communication strategy to inform all stakeholders and regular reporting mechanism, manage communication with stakeholders, provide market information as to future business opportunities and implements knowledge management initiatives supporting project communications.

  • Project Risk Management:

Implement an effective risk management process for the project ensuring they are fully addressed. Mitigate, deflect or avoid risk threats whilst seeking to maximise risk opportunities.

  • Project Procurement Management:

Generate procurement planning documentation for the project, define project procurement management processes for standard operating plan and subcontracting. Effectively manage third party suppliers as appropriate.

  • Financial Management:

Managing the finances of a project is of primary concern and an important part of the Project Manager’s responsibilities. The authority levels and tolerances should be as defined in the governance arrangements and approved as per the project plan. Any expenditure above the agreed tolerance needs to be approved by the sponsor, or if responsible for a sub-project, the overall Project/Program Manager.
